Who we are looking for:


We are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and successful execution of our digital projects, from concept to delivery.

This role will involve coordinating site launches, website tools, content management, and providing planning support.

You will be closely collaborating with the teams from all areas among Digital Innovation and

Marketing Operations Team:
Development, UX/UI, SEO, Marketing Automation and Data and Insights.

The role requires that you have an acute attention to detail and you are excited to work with market leading technologies.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about and driven to deepen your knowledge of all digital media.


What you'll be doing:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will take over responsibilities which will include:

  • Supporting the Project Management Team in different projects and clients
  • Support the Team in endtoend project management
  • Help to scope project requirements and timelines
  • Collaborate with DIMO team to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Help to deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Help the Data and Insights team on Reports
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

What you'll need:


  • Basic background knowledge of Web frontend (e.g. site usability and look & feel) and backend (e.g. CMS)
  • Familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Internet/new media industry
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Preferred skills

  • Good communications skills
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as in a teambased environment
  • Ability to work multitasking under high pressure
  • Have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests and shifting of priorities
