This traineeship is in an Organization which organizes Tours, Pub crawls and activities for tourists that visit Lisbon.

During the traineeship, the trainee is going to assist of the office work and will provide support on the organization and execution of several tasks related to Free Walking tours, Paid tours, Private tours, Boat trips, Dinners, Pub-crawl, etc.

Lisbon (Portugal)


MINIMUM DURATION:3 months

BUSINESS - Accounting & Finance, Business administration, Economics


REQUIREMENTS:

Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related studies
Knowledge on basic Accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office
Good communication skills
Motivation and interest in learning


TASKS:


  • Perform accounting and relative functions to support supervisors
  • Prepare and examine financial records
  • Make sure the records are accurate
  • Perform overviews of the financial operations
  • Registration of the business transactions
  • Input invoices, account statements, reports and other records

WORKING HOURS:40 hours per week


LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

  • English B2/C1
