Who we are looking for:


We are looking for a PT based Project Manager to manage the delivery of several project engagements for international clients.


This role will suit someone with marketing, advertising agency or practical digital marketing experience, an organised, self-motivated strategic thinker with a passion for technology and an interest in marketing trends and innovations for customers.


You will be able to estimate, structure and track multiple projects, ensuring delivery in quality, time and budget, and scoping any opportunities to expand client relationships.


What you'll be doing:


  • Work in collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure their delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Ensure flawless service delivery to client according to agreed scope, SLAs and KPIs even if delivered out of crossclient production teams.
  • Work closely with the people involved in specific projects to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to ensure that the requirements of all requests are clear and achievable.
  • Communication with every stakeholder about project progress and action items.
  • Analysing and anticipating risks to the project and dealing with changes in the scope.
  • Be on top/aware of all key projects/issues/changes happening in the team set up and own meeting structure to support this.

What you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, management or similar area.
  • 35 years' experience running client accounts and developing client relationships.
  • Understand how and when to make a choice, how and when to escalate issues to higher levels and be able to analyse the risks and future impact of decisions.
  • Project management skills or equivalent knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and influential communication skills are critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in French will be considered a plus.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and clientfacing communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Selfdriven and able to manage and prioritize workload for self and teams.
  • Team player and able to flex within structure.
  • Detailed oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive "can do" professional attitude.
  • The ability to multitask between multiple projects, execution team deliverables and meet deadlines.
