- Ensure an efficient execution of the group-wide Compliance risk assessment process
- Maintain constant adequacy and completeness of entity risk assessment data in the compliance risk assessment application
- Monitor and report the risk assessment progress and results through a Microsoft Power BI risk assessment dashboard
- Drive the relevant entities in the completion of its risk assessment and support relevant entities in technical and operational matters of the risk assessment
- Support the Compliance organization in the risk-based design and execution of its compliance program and integration of data, systems and applications
- Support to continuously improve the compliance risk assessment
- Act as an interface to regional Group Compliance Officers and Group Sectors in terms of risk assessment results and mitigation measures
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Academic degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using software such as Microsoft Power BI
- Business-driven problem-solving skills
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with a strong team player mentality
- Intercultural competence
