Your responsabilities:


  • Presales assistance for users advice on choosing the right solutions
  • Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher techdepartments

You speak German in proficiency:


  • Intermediate English level (min B2):
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • You are selfmotivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:


  • Possible start on
    08/03:

Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off

  • Competetive Salary and bonuses:

1100€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year

-up to 120€ gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

  • Full time employment, 6 months fixedterm renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
