The
Digital Global Unit (DGU ) is an area of
EDP SA and its mission is to challenge the organization to think differently and go beyond, in a context of increasingly frequent and faster technological, economic and social changes, creating and disseminating a digital friendly culture, favorable to the development and experimentation of new solutions that create value for the various stakeholders of the EDP Group.

To support us in this role, we intend to recruit for the
Contracts Management Department **.


Main responsibilities:


Managing software licensing contracts, including:

  • Preparing negotiation processes, gathering the needs of the different areas and geographies of the EDP Group and interacting with the EDP Group Procurement unit;
  • Registering and filing all contractual documents, being responsible for signing the contract;
  • Monitor contractual execution (financial and operational), including service levels, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures in line with EDP business units and other DGU teams;
  • Manage and optimize the use of licenses in line with the needs of the business units;
  • Prepare and propose the budget and business plan for the contracts managed;
  • Develop partnership relations with suppliers, seeking the best medium/long term value offer;
  • Understand the current and future needs of the different business units of the EDP Group;
  • Contribute to the revision and improvement of the procedures of the contractual management tools.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Science, Law or IT;
  • Maximum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in contract/supplier management and IT (valued);
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Collaborative and solution oriented.
