Universal Group has been developing several projects related to renewable energies and is looking for an Office Manager for the Portuguese Office to work closely with senior management and executive staff.
Description of Functions
Ensure administrative procedures and legal obligations related to admissions, employee mobility and termination of employment contract
Support in the management of administrative tasks inherent to Human Resources (contractual management/vacation/absenteeism/assiduity/overtime, among others)
Monitor the integration of new employees
Support salary processing and compliance with legal obligations; Manage the Occupational Medicine activity. Support all the Group's employees
Requirements Degree or Master in Human Resources Management
Spoken and written English is mandatory Previous experience in the area, preferably in a consulting environment
Advanced level in the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point tools; Excellent communication skills; Taste for Teamwork; Quality orientation; Methodical and Organized; Proactive and Dynamic.
Profile:
Professional or academic training in Human Resources valued
Minimum 3 years professional experience
Proficiency in English (mandatory)
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Dynamism, organizational skills and time management
Solid knowledge of information systems and domain of computer tools from the user's perspective
