    You speak Spanish and you are passionate in Turism ? We are recruiting Spanish speakers Talent to Customer Service for the Best Travel Platform in Lisbon, Portugal

    Your working day :


    As Spanish Advisor, your daily responsibilities extend beyond delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat for their car rental inquiries.

    You'll also participate in refresh and update sessions to enhance your knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to tackle any challenges that may arise.

    We offer personalized one-on-one sessions to identify areas for improvement and nurture your talents.

    Additionally, our workplace fosters a positive environment through various non-work-related activities such as team-building exercises, employee recognition initiatives, and periodic quizzes with enticing prizes.

    What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

    Fluent in Spanish (C2) with good level in English (B2)
    Customer Service experience / Turism experience
    Great communication
    Valid Work Permit in Portugal

    You will benefit :

    12-month renewable contract
    Working in sunny Lisbon
    Initial training during 4 weeks

    Work schedule :

    Monday to Sunday between 3pm to 8am// 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift.

    Availibility to do Night shift.
    Private Heathcare & Dentalcare from contract signature
    Stable work and career progression;
