Client:Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, serving technology companies in customer service. You will be part of an extremely dedicated team in the great city of Lisbon, Portugal. This offer presents a unique opportunity for those seeking a new challenge in a vibrant and historic city.

Your responsibilities:
  • Advising TUI Musement customers before, during, and after their trips
  • Assistance with booking excursions and other activities
  • Checking the status of bookings
  • Providing travel and transfer advice
  • Handling booking changes, cancellations, and refunds

Our expectations:
  • Proficiency in German
  • Intermediate English level (at least B1)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work in shifts

Main duties:
  • Possible start on 03/04/2023
  • Possible working hours from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00
Full-time job: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, rotating shifts

  • Competitive Salary and remuneration system:
  • €1500 gross per month for the home office option
- (paid 12 times a year - includes Christmas and holiday bonuses proportionately)

  • Fixed term, renewable full-time 12 months employment contract (according to Portuguese law)

  • Training provided at the start of work, no previous experience required
- Basic technical equipment (PC, screen, keyboard, and mouse) provided by the company (equipment pickup required at office in Lisbon or Porto, no transport provided)
