- 1st Line of Operations and Business Support.
- Provide support and troubleshooting of logistics software (WMS
based on Microsoft NAV) for 9 departments (Inbound, Scanner
Picking, Picking, Packing, Outbound, Loading, Stock, Administration
and Management).
- UAT test scenarios - test for the implementation of new WMS
modules, updates, and hotfixes.
- Prioritize, track, and escalate issues when needed.
Provide support and troubleshooting in MS Office, and Outlook.
- Logical configuration of the workflow.
- Communication with Customer and Carriers.
- Create, maintain, and provide reports and workflow analysis for
the different departments (Operations, KAM, Management) in MS
Excel.
- Analysis of customer logistics flows.
- Analysis of logistics data with a focus on the optimization of
existing processes and / or implementation of new processes
