I am a Portuguese-South African citizen with a reputation for developing and growing businesses to exceptionally high standards through effective customer service and product management and sales. After 30 years as a retail manager, I have developed an invaluable set of skills and understanding of staff management, sales, product advice, procurement, marketing, retail design, financial systems, business operations, and customer service - to name only a few. I speak three languages ​​(English, Portuguese, and Afrikaans) and I am looking for employment opportunities in either customer service, retail, or any other related business ventures where I can apply my knowledge and be of service.
