Position: RAN Engineer.

Context & Objectives: Responsible for supervision the SRAN and IOT and implementation SRAN/5G and SRAN/LTE  

Approach & Achievements: Strong knowledge in OSS Ericsson, U2000, M2000 Huawei. In Altice PT sites I gather KPI of Equipment Radio 2G/3G/4G/5G and insert hardware and software SRAN of new RAT 22R1 in only site. Base Band Air Scale, Mimo 4x4. With Ericsson and Huawei Single RAN, only one base station can run 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G technologies simultaneously. It can be activated and configured remotely, and any technology can be deactivated just as quickly when it is no longer needed. I worked on field and office in more than 900 sites with all technologies introduced the hardware and with software insert SRAN in LTE and 5G. Strong knowledge in LTE and 5G optimization. Also, I worked in the first step in Team Test RAN with objectives to optimization 2G, 3G and LTE. Strong Knowledge in: U2020: network management system (U2020 for short) manages Huawei mobile network elements (NEs) and provides basic functions, such as configuration management, performance management, fault management, security management, log management, topology management, software management, and system management, Nemo, ActiveX, TEMS, ATOL and Performance Manager. Scripting in IDLE or Phyton, Test in Cluster, Optimization and KPI Analysis.
