Experiência
I started my career as a kitchen porter as I didn't had any work experience, I was willing to do anything. I grew to become a Chef which lasted for a year and a half.
As I said before I like a good challenge and I love learning. At 21 at the time, the opportunity to become a restaurant manager came along in South Africa. At the beginning it didn't go verry well due to lack of experience in the role. By challenging myself I learned the mechanics behind being a manager, Being a leader and lead by example. Being the first to take responsibility and make amends.
I did it for 5 Years and yet another challenge arrived. Due to my work ethic I was invited to partake a bartending course in the London international Bartending school.
I moved on, to England where I successfully completed the course, being now an international certified bartender. I started working as a normal bartender but in time and with my rapid development I became the bar manager for the restaurant.
