For the past two years, I have been with a private river cruise company in France, where I oversee the full guest experience and manage each detail of their stay.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Marketing Management, which I successfully completed. During my time at Royal Caribbean, I received training in Crowd Control Management to learn how to deal with the unexpected. In order to increase hotel sales, I was taught the art of Up Selling & Cross Selling by Tivoli Hotels. I am also fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and I have an easy time learning new software.
