I am an experienced hospitality and travel professional with over a decade of international experience in Portugal and the United Kingdom. My career began in London, where I worked as a Receptionist and Front Desk Agent, providing excellent customer service, handling guest requests, and collaborating closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
After returning to Portugal, I joined AlmaLusa Hotels in Lisbon as a Shift Leader and Concierge, where I was responsible for supervising front office operations, managing team schedules, and maintaining service excellence. Later, I became the Guest Relations Supervisor at Praia D’El Rey Marriott, where I oversaw guest relations and complaint management, created personalized VIP experiences, and supported both front office and event coordination.
Currently, I work as a Corporate Travel Agent at Guia Viagens, managing full-service corporate travel for a major multinational company. My role involves organizing complex itineraries, ensuring compliance with travel policies, providing personalized assistance to executives, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel and travel partners to secure the best rates and services.

I hold a Tourism and Hospitality Management degree from the Escola Técnica Empresarial do Oeste in Caldas da Rainha (2010–2013), as well as a Level 5 certification in Tourism and Hospitality from Turismo de Portugal in Lisbon (2013–2014).
