I am a passionate chef for 24 years 

I am a college trained chef of 22 years with a founding in classic French cuisine.

I have worked in both London and Sydney in well respected and award winning restaurants for 16 years. Whilst training in London I worked in 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star establishments, including doing 2 years as a pastry chef for Gordon Ramsay & Richard Corrigan. In my later years in London I was at the helm of two separate restaurants achieving 3 AA rosettes in both, and in one a Michelin star too. During last 7 years I have worked in the yachting industry and in private villas and chalets. A lot of my work has been seasonal or freelance and I found this to give me a good life balance. I have good references to match. 

I have ongoing plans for a future career developing my own cookery and lifestyle school in Portugal. I wish to spend a further two years minimum in yachting /chalet sector full time, or seasonal.

I enjoy all snowboarding ,hiking peaks, water sports including scuba diving, and have a passion for reading and travel.
