Experiência

I have over four years of professional experience across various industries. I started my career with two years in the footwear manufacturing industry, further enhancing my skills in client communication, sample development, budgeting, and the creation of technical sheets for both samples and production. I was also responsible for managing material deliveries, stock control, and supplier coordination, as well as handling invoicing and shipping documentation. This experience deepened my expertise in the manufacturing process and sharpened my project management capabilities. 

Following that, I worked for a year in a trading company, where I had the opportunity to work closely with clients, develop samples, and create technical documentation. My responsibilities included material selection, production planning, stock management, and handling invoices and transportation documents. This role allowed me to gain a solid understanding of supply chain logistics and the importance of detailed technical accuracy.

I then spent one year in customer service, where I managed a small team, organized schedules, and was responsible for stock control, supplier reception, and organizing small events. This role helped me develop strong organizational and leadership skills while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

I am highly organized, focused, and a strong team player. I value continuous learning and have a keen ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. My digital skills are strong, and I am always eager to expand my knowledge in new areas.

Educação

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Universidade Fernando Pessoa. My academic journey was enriched by participating in the Erasmus+ program at Université Saint-Louis in Brussels, Belgium, where I gained valuable insights into European politics and diverse cultures.

Additionally, I completed a curricular internship at the Espinho Delegation of the Portuguese Red Cross, where I applied my knowledge in a practical setting and developed skills in community engagement and organizational support.
