With over 15 years of work experience in sales, marketing, product management, and operations, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic and challenging environments. I have a passion for the education sector and a mission to deliver a superior experience to applying and enrolled families at Avenues The World School, where I have been working as the Admissions Operations Manager since Sep 2022.

As a member of the Admissions and Enrollment leadership team, I oversee the daily operations of the students' Admissions and Enrollment Department, including training, supervision of data entry, managing the communication and process flow, managing systems, reporting and tracking of the admissions funnel, and assisting with on-campus events. I leverage my expertise in data analysis, CRM management, and marketing communications to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process, and to ensure alignment with the school's vision and values. I also have a strong background in establishing partnerships across sectors, industries, and services, as well as system management, which I developed in my previous roles as the Chief Sales Officer / Chief Marketing Officer at Ecoinside and the Admissions Data Coordinator at Avenues.
