In the startup phase, I spearheaded a groundbreaking project within PIASTRIX, aiming to establish an automated pipeline for crafting template-based mobile applications tailored for diverse businesses such as restaurants, fitness centers, beauty salons, car washes, auto services, and delivery services. Functioning as the client, product owner, and business analyst, I orchestrated the entire development lifecycle. My multifaceted role included not only conceptualizing the project but also actively contributing to its realization.

As the client and product owner, I played a pivotal role in defining the project scope and requirements. Additionally, serving as a business analyst, I engaged in comprehensive market research, ensuring that each application met industry-specific needs. Prior to the official launch, I strategically pitched our innovative concept to potential investors, securing the necessary funding for our Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

One of the key accomplishments was overseeing the development of 50 mobile applications, each uniquely tailored to its respective industry. To ensure a smooth transition from the MVP stage to a fully autonomous project, I implemented and monitored clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This experience not only showcased my versatility across various roles but also provided me with a profound understanding of the intricate dynamics of project management, product ownership, and business analysis.

PIASTRIX - MOBILE WALLET (03/2018 - 03/2023) business manager

In the role of Business Manager at PIASTRIX - MOBILE WALLET (03/2018 - 03/2023), my responsibilities extended beyond conventional managerial tasks. While overseeing the integration of PIASTRIX as the preferred mobile wallet payment method for over 300 websites, I concurrently played a crucial role as the client and business analyst in the process of automating customer verification.

As the client, I meticulously defined the requirements for automating the customer verification process, ensuring alignment with industry standards and the specific needs of our partners. Serving as a business analyst, I conducted comprehensive analyses of the existing verification workflow, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, I continued to source and onboard new partners, foster relationships with existing partners, and expand the network. Spearheading marketing and promotion efforts, I contributed to the strategic positioning of PIASTRIX. The role also involved conducting regular analyses and reporting on the performance of the mobile wallet solution. Beyond this, I took charge of the automation project, providing essential training and support to our partners in the implementation of the enhanced verification process.
