- Your mission will be to embark on a crucial journeysupporting two teams with operational activities, where you'll learn to ensureefficiency and quality in processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in providing technicalsupport and implementing effective solutions for Jira development andconfiguration.
- Learn to offer support in Excel, particularly inmacros, to the Reporting Team.
- Under guidance, contribute to ensuring compliance withService Level Agreements (SLAs) and generating detailed ticket reports, whileactively participating in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in arelevant field, showcasing analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Excel skills, includingexperience with macros and the ability to work with data effectively.
- Academic experience orpractical knowledge in object-oriented programming, with a focus on Java orsimilar languages.
- Strong communication skills inEnglish, both verbal and written, with an eagerness to collaborate effectivelywith team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly tonew tools and technologies, with a willingness to undergo training anddevelopment.
