    Are you looking for a new job in back office-related tasks? Are you interested in new technologies and the advanced industry of smartphones, laptops, touchpads, etc? Our client in Lisbon is looking for new team members to join this interesting project


    Your responsibilitiesand impact as Digital Product Advisor will be: Back office activities regarding online ordersFollowing up with packages, orders, etc.

    Supporting the customer service agents' complex casesReaching out to customers via phone/email in order to solve the issue/problemGuaranteeingclients satisfaction and a high level of quality Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
    You have a native level of GermanYou have a good level of EnglishYou are motivated and with a positive mindsetYou are efficient and have good organizational skillsYou are a team playerYou are client and service-orientedYou are willing to stay in the country for a medium-termYou are punctual and flexibleYou have very good communication skills What ́s in it for you? Salary of 1235€ per month (x14 per year € bonus/month6 € meal voucher per work-daySupport with paperworkFull-time job (40h/week), Monday-Sunday (Rotative shifts Mon-Sun; 8 AM – 10 PM)
