- Review and update existing documentation to meet accessibility guidelines;
- Edit and format technical content for improved readability and usability by users with various abilities;
- Ensure that all documentation is compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and clarity of the documentation;
- Contribute to style guides and templates that align with accessibility best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts;
- Fluent English and excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
- 1+ year of proven experience in technical writing;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with Madcap Flare;
- Knowledge of accessibility principles in technical documentation.
- Experience with version control tools is a plus (e.g., Git).
