- Ensure optimal utilization of our closing and reporting tools, maximizing automation, data validation, notifications, and internal control execution.
- Offer assistance in CO master data maintenance and Chart of Accounts governance.
- Serve as a data steward and conduct data quality checks.
- Support digitalization endeavors in the financial domain.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Processes, Accounting, reporting, and closing (R2R).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills, along with a collaborative spirit, initiative, and proactiveness.
- Adaptability to changing environments and a willingness to learn on the job.
- Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages are beneficial (particularly German and/or Portuguese).
- Solid SAP skills (essential), familiarity with Blackline Smart Close (advantageous).
