Your New Role

As Accounting and Reporting Specialist, you are expected to engage with the Finance Vision, Mission and Commitment and to work closely with internal stakeholders and external third party providers. The role manages the E2E processes, internal controls and ensures proper and effective administrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations, in alignment with the group policies and financial objectives. In addition, you will get involved and take ownership in important and impactful projects.

What you'll need to succeed - Education/Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting or related field.-
min of 3 to 5 years relevant work experience as Accounting and Reporting Specialist.-
Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes.-
Experience working with SAP and/or Navision.-
Ability to work in a matrix organization, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.-
Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focus and collaboration skills are essential.-
Proficient/fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)What you'll get in return
