Our client is one of the most popular airline in Europe. Its services offer amazing deals in many places. Due to the easing of the restrictions, interest in these services is growing very rapidly, which is why we are looking for new Italian-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon

We are looking for you - join our team and support us in managing our clients' needs


As a Customer Support you will:

  • Provide the excellent service in booking management in
    Italian (bookings, clarifying doubts, making changes/rescheduling or upgrading the journey, explaining the client demands with Airport services)
  • Assist clients via inbound calls and/or chat in the aftersales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending to potential requests
  • Manage the reservations backoffice (ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations).
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

What we offer:

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

meal allowance):


1050€ gross x12 months or
900€ gross x14 months -basic salary

up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month,

meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
*
2000€ gross starting bonus with this project (extra 500€ paid after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months)

Working time frames:Monday to Sunday**: 7:30 - 17: h per week, 8h/day, 5 days/week)

Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law)
