The Offer

Offer technical assistance on medias support such as TV, computer, and smartphone.
Provide assistance on contents available on available contents and on the next releases
Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished.
Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.

Requirements:
