Proporcionar excelentes niveles de servicio al cliente y superar las expectativas del cliente en cada oportunidad.
Maximizar todas las oportunidades de venta para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas individuales y de la tienda, así como los indicadores de KPI Identificar las necesidades de los clientes y responder a todas las preguntas relacionadas con el producto.
Ser capaz de responder a las consultas sobre el precio, la ubicación, las características, las ventajas y el uso de los productos de HUGO BOSS Garantizar que todos los pedidos y modificaciones de los clientes se completen de manera eficiente y a tiempo.
Tu perfil:
Experiencia previa como TOP SELLER en retail o similar.
