- You arethe central contact person (m/f/d) for IT problems (mainly ITmalfunctions and service requests)
- Youmonitor the status of tickets in the IT Service Desk and documentthe tickets accordingly
- You process andtrack service desk tickets through to resolution
- You process requests for the EMEA time zone and beyond,regardless of the location or language in which the request wasmade
- You will work with a global IT supportteam
- You will track and document problemresolution processes for service requests, including all successfuland unsuccessful decisions and actions
- Youinstall required software and hardware, including maintaininginventory for hardware and software assets
- You carry out IT onboarding with new employees (m/f/d)
- You monitor and test hardware, software and networkresources to ensure a high level of performance, security andintegrity
- You review and perform operationalsystem maintenance in coordination with other IT support teams
- You have completed vocational training in theIT sector
- You have several years ofprofessional experience in a similar position
- You speak English fluently and can also express yourselfin writing
- You have good problem-solving,documentation and communication skills
- Youare a team player, able to work under pressure and show commitment
- You are able to deal with a variety of ITsystems such as Windows, Mac OS, Office365, Active Directory,Azure, virtual servers and production machines etc.
- Previous experience with Manageengine Servicedesk PlusCloud and Deluge Scripting is an advantage
