About you
A dynamic, confident and active person with great organisational and communication skills.

A quick problem solver who enjoys interacting with people and is able to hold their own in representing Siesta Campers.

About your role

Your Tasks:

Resolve questions in a considerate and timely manner.
Keeping our booking system updated, organised and maximising availability.
Helping our Front of House staff with issues before, during and after handover of vans.
Assisting in quality management, development, improvement and monitoring of operational processes.

About You:

Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); French, German, or Spanish an advantage.
Drivers licence.
Pleasant and clear telephone voice.
Ability to keep calm and resolve situations.
Naturally empathetic and articulate communicator within a team.
Confident working with technology, identifying problems and seeking solutions.
Feel passionate to learn about our great campervans, so you can fully offer support.
Previous experience in hospitality
Be able to work flexible shifts, and join the emergency line shared responsibility.
