    O teu propósito na Bravantic Integrando o Departamento de Managed Services, terás como propósito garantir a gestão das equipas, formar e dar suporte aos colaboradores, promovendo o seu crescimento contínuo e, orientando os mesmos, para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal e interpessoal.

    As tuas principais responsabilidades Liderar uma equipa de suporte técnico;Formar, orientar e habilitar os recursos da equipa, de modo a obter bons resultados;Apoiar o crescimento dos colaboradores e orientação, reuniões individuais e sessões mensais de desenvolvimento;Atuar como um ponto de escalonamento para problemas do cliente;Atuar como um especialista interno, tendo como objetivo a partilha de conhecimento com a equipa;Auxiliar na resolução de problemas técnicos de Nível I e II;Ser o ponto de contato para o resto da organização em questões de suporte técnico e participar e contribuir para projetos relevantes entre departamentos.

    O perfil que procuramos Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12o ano de escolaridade;Experiência profissional igual ou superior a 5 anos, como suporte técnico sénior ou Team Leader de equipas de suporte técnico;Experiência de gestão em funções de liderança de equipas ou posição semelhante;Experiência em tecnologias IT do ponto de vista técnicoConhecimentos aprofundados de tecnologias, SO, Aplicacional e Infraestrutura;Conhecimento e implementação da framework ITIL;Fluência em Inglês (valorizável);Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
