TechOps Consolidation & Reporting Manager

Ferring+You

You will coordinate the execution of the entire TechOps actual month-end close financial consolidation, reporting and review process.

Provide cost center administration support to the Supply Network Organization leadership team and to the global controlling team (G&A and adjustment cost centers).

Provide support to the TechOps PMO by defining, developing, managing, and maintaining the project's process, financial and IT environments.

Your day at Ferring


Functional & technical finance partnering- Prepare, coordinate, and manage the TechOps month-end close financial exercise by defining the related agendas, timings, and processes.

Communicate requirements to relevant stakeholders.- Consolidate, analyze, and report the TechOps month-end actual financial results (TechOps Variance & Other COGS) in coordination with the Group Consolidation team (DIMA / OLAP).- Gather and review month-end financial comments to produce financial reports, narratives and presentations. Review M&S COGS results for consolidation and review SMR FTE submission to be reported in monthly TechOps financial performance.- Control monthly global Freight results, prepare and communicate monthly report.- Run the monthly and ad-hoc TechOps financial reviews with Group Finance.

Facilitate the execution of these exercises by providing financial support to the manufacturing sites and to global controllers as required.- Prepare the monthly TechOps financial performance report to be presented to the TechOps leadership team and to the TechOps Controllers' community.- Ensure integrity of financial data and compliance by a strict implementation of IFRS, ICS and internal guidelines.- Manage processes and procedures to ensure that an efficient and controlled monthly and yearly closing process is in place in collaboration with the accounting team.- Challenge and improve ways of reporting current actuals analytical views.

Business partnering- Provide cost center administration support to the global Controller supporting the Supply Network Organization (SNO) leadership team. Review and report cost center and projects financial results (CAPEX and OPEX).

Manage cost centers' forecast and budget exercises, follow-up the evolution of Full Time Equivalents and ensure Anaplan / DIMA submissions (FCQ3 and Budget) for SNO.- Provide cost center administration support for the global TechOps G&A and Central Adjustment cost centers.

Review and report cost center actuals, manage cost centers' forecast and budget exercises, follow-up the evolution of Full Time Equivalents and ensure Anaplan / DIMA submissions (FCQ3, Budget).- In close collaboration with the TechOps PMO team, manage the project financial environment, including the financial development and maintenance of the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) system (Servicenow), the controlling of project coding and the adherence to the project cost accounting.

Contribute to the definition and improvement of the TechOps project organization as a best practice governance model.

Support further financial development with the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) system (SAP integration for example).- Lead the TechOps projects' financial exercises (Actuals, FCQ3, Budget, Business Plan), including instructions, consolidation, reporting (OPEX and CAPEX) and financial updates to the relevant governance bodies.- Ensure the adherence of the TechOps Controlling team to all processes related to projects, like the timely creation of new project codes or the local reviews and updates in the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) system for example.

Provide support and training on all financial topics related to projects (including business cases and ROI). Ensure Anaplan / PPM (Project Portfolio Management) system Global Projects consolidation & reconciliation.
