- Faturação – Controlo de Crédito: Manter a organização do processo de faturação de clientes, lista de prioridades, codificação, aprovisionamento de custos a faturar, entre outros e assegurar o arquivo e registo de todas as faturas enviadas ao cliente (eletronicamente);
- Apoiar na apresentação de notas fiscais ao cliente, esclarecendo dúvidas quando necessário;
- Assegurar a qualidade de todos os relatórios relacionados ao Controlo de Crédito, bem como seus KPIs;
- Assegurar a contabilização das faturas e proformas emitidas de acordo com os procedimentos estabelecidos;
- Apoiar no fecho mensal das contas.
- Bons conhecimentos de informática (Excel, Word, Outlook, pdf pro, SUN-Integra);
- Conhecimentos de orçamentação e análise;
- Experiência em funções similares;
- Habilidades analíticas e pensamento crítico;
- Conhecimentos de Inglês;
- Proativo e organizado.
- Vencimento atrativo + Sub. de alimentação;
- Contrato de trabalho de 6 meses (possibilidade de extensão).
