    This famous online video platform is looking for you to join their customer service specialist team in Lisbon What should you expect from living in Lisbon?A colorful city view and a rich cultural historyPros of living in a European capital on a budgetDelicious Portuguese cuisine and famous café cultureFriendly people, good vibes and a happy-go-lucky urban lifeWarm climate all year and a sunny beach life next to the AtlanticA large English-speaking local community and international environment Your responsibilities and impact as a Online-TV specialist will be:Ability to empathize with customers, talking personal ownership of issues they are reporting, and remain calm while resolving difficult situations.

    Communicate and collaborate with External TV & Media partners comfortably using emails, phone, calls etc.

    Being in contact with other departments and redirecting related cases and issues to responsible departmentsEnsuring and participating in the success of your department.

    Follow proper diagnosing, escalation and security procedures Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

    A native level of German and at least a B2 level of EnglishStrong business and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft, Excel and/or similar applications to carry out data.

    2 year of Customer Service experience in a contact center (preferable)


    Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required) What's in it for you?Schedule: 40h/week in rotative shifts (Mon-Fri.
