    We are looking for a Financial Controller for this promising project.

    Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Minimum
    of 2 years of experience in a financial controller role or equivalent.
  • Proven
    expertise in financial reporting.
  • Proficient
    in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Experience
    with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficient in English, both orally and written (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.


    Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic
    decision-making (incluinding the strategic plan and budget).
  • Monitor
    projects' execution, analysing financial data and providing insights and
    recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Oversee
    the entire accounting function, including accounts payable and accounts
    receivable.
  • Manage
    monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate
    financial reporting.
  • Implement
    and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure
    financial data integrity.
