What you will do

Locally:

  • Manage the administrative hiring process for the Portuguese Team in close cooperation with our Recruitment Team;
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and manage/revise company policies;
  • Manage the Payroll activities of the Portoguese legal entity being the contact point with our external providers;
  • Maintain and update local database of personnel information and accurate payroll records on our Global HRIS;
  • Handle and manage local Health & Safety activities;
  • Manage local insurances for employees;
  • Work closely with our external partner to manage Visas and relocation services;
  • Support local Compensation & benefits processes such as: salary review, variable remuneration schemes and management, benefits;
  • Be the main point of reference with our Portuguese Labour Consultant regarding all HRrelated issues;
  • Answer employees queries about HRrelated issues;
Globally

  • Provide support/management on other international payrolls
  • Manage back office activities to support the department;
  • Be involved in global projects as ESG, D&I, L&D

Personal Profile

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, HR or Humanities. A postgraduate degree in HR management will be considered a plus;
  • 1/2 years of experience in previous related activities;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Interest in becoming a recognized Payroll and C&B specialist;
  • Curious and willing to learn even outside the comfort zone;
  • Teamplayer able to bring a smile to the office;
  • Good communicator aware of the emotional intelligence principles;
  • High sense of responsibility and ethical approach to work;
  • Used to deal with MS Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Previous experience on HRIS and payroll systems is a plus;
