- You will change and maintained customers data on the system
- Resolve customer queries that impact the performance of the business, will be part of your day
- Ensure that the data received from the customer and sales team is accurately and timely maintained
- Ensure good relationship with customers and set agreements
- You have an High School Degree
- Further, you speak French at C2 level and B1 level of English is mandatory
- You have a high level written and verbal communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset is required in this role
- You are pro-active and focused on responding promptly to action
- Furthermore, you are passionate for solving problems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- SAP and Office Tools basic knowledge is preferred
