Your Profile

Dutch is your first language, and you are fluent in English

You have a high school degree or a bachelor's degree
You have an interest in online marketing products
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus but not mandatory

Your Responsibilities

Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system
Provide highquality customer service
Adapt the brand's voice and tone
Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues
Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
