Seu Papel;
Como Gerente de Piloto em Rede Móvel, seu objetivo diário será melhorar o desempenho geral da rede para nossos clientes. Suas principais atividades serão, incluindo, mas não limitado a;
Acompanhamento das atividades-piloto sendo o ponto de contato entre pares;
Gerenciamento e reporte do progresso e entrega do piloto em todas as etapas;
Deve ter / Obrigatório:
- Graduação em Engenharia de Telecomunicações ou similar;
- 7+ anos de experiência;
Formação em teoria das comunicações e fundamentos de RF, amplo conhecimento de outras tecnologias sem fio como NB-IoT, VoLTE, WCDMA e GSM;
Conhecimento das redes 5G NR e das especificações 3GPP associadas, especificamente sobre recursos de RAN, otimização, parâmetros de interface aérea, gerenciamento de recursos de rádio, sinalização, configurações de mobilidade, processamento de chamadas em modo ocioso e ativo;
Know-how no ciclo de vida e processos da Rede Móvel (modernização, swap, roll-out, etc);
Conhecimento de vários fornecedores é uma vantagem (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia);
Know-how em Arquitetura de Redes, capaz de discutir soluções tecnológicas;
Conhecimento de português e inglês é obrigatório;
Bom ter / Desejável:
-Conhecimento de vários fornecedores é uma vantagem (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia);
-Francês ou espanhol é um Plus
-Conhecimento em protocolos Open-Ran é uma vantagem;
-Conhecimento em BI, Processamento de Dados, SQL e Scripting (ex: python) é um plus.
