    A OPORTUNIDADE

    Para integrar a Nespresso Supply Chain Hub em Lisboa, procuramos um Global Supply Chain Project Coordinator.

    Alinhado com a estratégia da Nestle/Nespresso, este profissional terá como principal missão liderar e gerir projetos de excelência nas áreas de logística física, sistemas de gestão de armazéns e serviços de entrega nos mercados onde a Nespresso opera.

    Como principais objetivos terá a melhoria dos níveis de serviço E2E, redução de custos, garantia de conformidade das operações logísticas assim como apoiar o crescimento e a inovação em conformidade com as necessidades do mercado e do cliente.

    O que vais fazer...

    • Assegurar a conformidade, seguir as orientações, os manuais de formação e as metodologias dos projetos e apoiar a implementação dos mercados.
    • Pilotar e reportar KPIs consolidados e definir planos de ação com os mercados (a execução de projetos requer o respeito pelas directrizes da Nestlé/Nespresso).
    • Interagir com o Corporate Supply Chain da Nestlé para alinhar orientações e prioridades e com as funções da sede como ponto de contacto único na área de especialização.
    • Intensificar uma Customer Focused Supply Chain, alinhar com a estratégia comercial para a distribuição direta ao consumidor, liderar projetos para o desenvolvimento de novas opções de entrega e modelos de distribuição inovadores em colaboração com a equipa comercial, os mercados e os IS/TI.
    • Apoiar as mudanças nas operações logísticas nos mercados de transporte e distribuição e contribuir para uma integração ótima dos serviços "Last Mile" nas soluções logísticas da Nespresso.
    • Otimizar os custos operacionais e desenvolver a excelência operacional.
    • Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua nos mercados.
    • Desenvolver relações corporativas com os 3PL e participar nas decisões de concursos nos mercados.
    • Definir KPIs de desempenho, consolidar as medidas dos mercados, monitorizar e comparar o desempenho.
    • Sensibilizar os utilizadores logísticos dos mercados para as capacidades dos sistemas (ERP, BI, e-business, WMS).
    • Ser o único ponto de contacto dos gestores de projetos de IT para especificar e validar a evolução dos sistemas de base.
    • Coordenar as prioridades de acordo com o impacto na atividade.

    O que te tornará bem-sucedido/a

    • Diploma universitário ou equivalente com especialização em Supply Chain/ Logística.
    • Pelo menos 3-5 anos de experiência profissional em operações de logística e distribuição ou em gestão de projetos de melhoria contínua num ambiente internacional e num modelo de negócio direto ao consumidor (logística, distribuição, etc.).
    • Experiência de gestão e liderança em atividades de entrega de projetos ou operações de logística e distribuição.
    • Experiência em comércio eletrónico (altamente recomendada e obrigatória para a área de DS).
    • Espírito ágil e conhecimentos analíticos.
    • Experiência em PowerBI e SAP Hana é obrigatória.
    • Disponibilidade de mobilidade para viajar por todo o mundo.
    • Boas capacidades de gestão de stakeholders.
    • Inglês fluente é obrigatório.
    • Formação em Gestão de Projetos (é altamente recomendado).

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join the Nespresso Supply Chain Hub in Lisbon.

    In line with Nestle/Nespresso's strategy, this professional's main mission will be to lead and manage projects of excellence in the areas of physical logistics, warehouse management systems and delivery services in the markets where Nespresso operates.

    The main objectives will be to improve E2E service levels, reduce costs, ensure compliance of logistics operations and support growth and innovation in line with market and customer needs.

    A day in the life of...

    • Ensure compliance, follow guidelines, training manuals and project methodologies and support the implementation of markets.
    • Pilot and report consolidated KPIs and define action plans with the markets (project execution requires respect of Nestlé/Nespresso guidelines).
    • Interact with Nestlé's Corporate Supply Chain to align guidelines and priorities and with HQ functions as the single point of contact in the area of expertise.
    • Intensify a Customer Focused Supply Chain, align with the commercial strategy for direct-to-consumer distribution, lead projects for the development of new delivery options and innovative distribution models in collaboration with the commercial team, markets and IS/IT.
    • Support changes in logistics operations in the transportation and distribution markets and contribute to the optimal integration of "Last Mile" services into Nespresso's logistics solutions.
    • Optimize operating costs and develop operational excellence.
    • Support continuous improvement projects in the markets.
    • Developing corporate relations with 3PLs and participating in tender decisions in the markets.
    • Define performance KPIs, consolidate market measures, monitor and compare performance.
    • Raise awareness of the systems' capabilities among logistics users in the markets (ERP, BI, e-business, WMS).
    • Be the single point of contact for IT project managers to specify and validate the evolution of basic systems.
    • Coordinate priorities according to their impact on the business.

    What will make you successful

    • University degree or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics.
    • At least 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics and distribution operations or in managing continuous improvement projects in an international environment and in a direct-to-consumer business model (logistics, distribution, etc.).
    • Management and leadership experience in project delivery activities or logistics and distribution operations.
    • Experience in e-commerce (highly recommended and mandatory for the DS area).
    • Agile spirit and analytical skills.
    • Experience in PowerBI and SAP Hana is mandatory.
    • Willingness to travel all over the world.
    • Good stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent English required.
    • Training in Project Management (highly recommended).
