ÁREA/DEPARTAMENTO
A área de CRM e Fidelização desempenha um papel essencial na definição da estratégia da jornada do cliente do Pestana Hotel Group. Nesta área, terá a oportunidade de integrar uma equipa de marketing automation da maior e mais internacional cadeia hoteleira portuguesa.
AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS:
Como Marketing Automation Trainee, irás contribuir para desenvolvimento de duas áreas de negócio chave: 1) a fidelização, no apoio a projetos de angariação de novos clientes, na definição de estratégias de retenção de clientes fidelizados e no aumento da satisfação ao longo da sua jornada; e o 2) CRM, na análise de oportunidades de melhoria de conversão e satisfação através de identificação de novos touchpoints críticos, maior segmentação e personalização, e melhoria continua da oferta, estratégia de conteúdos e canais.
