    Innovation Engineer (m/f)

    Ref.a T202401_PRO_Innovation Engineer

    O nosso cliente, prestigiada empresa especializada no fornecimento de produtos e serviços nas áreas de simulação,
    treino, testes e suporte à manutenção, pretende recrutar um Innovation Engineer , para integrar a empresa.


    Localização:
    Sobreda/Almada


    Responsabilidades:
    Coordenação e valorização da equipa de Inovação;
    Definição e implementação da estratégia de inovação tecnológica da empresa e sua promoção;
    Acompanhamento das tendências de mercado e inovações tecnológicas passíveis de aplicação a dispositivos
    de treino e simulação;
    Definição e gestão de Projetos de I&D, incluindo projetos co-financiados;
    Gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de Software (frameworks);
    Identificação, promoção e concretização de parcerias com o tecido científico e tecnológico nacional, de forma
    a acelerar a evolução tecnológica e desenvolvimento do portefólio da empresa;
    Desenvolvimento de protótipos e demonstradores resultantes das atividades de investigação;
    Desenvolvimento de novos produtos ou novas funcionalidades, baseados na introdução de novas tecnologias,
    como por exemplo Realidade Virtual, Realidade Mista, Realidade Aumentada, Unreal Engine, Data Analytics,
    Machine Learning, AI;
    Analisar e otimizar a experiência dos clientes.


    Requisitos & Qualificações:
    Licenciatura ou mestrado em Engenharia de Software, ou equivalente;
    Experiência Profissional mínima de 10 anos em desenvolvimento de Software;
    Experiência mínima de 3 anos em Gestão de Projetos de desenvolvimento de Software;
    Experiência sólida em programação orientada a objetos (C++/C#);
    Conhecimentos em OpenGL, programação gráfica e modelação matemática de sistemas;
    Sólidos conhecimentos de Game Engines, nomeadamente Unreal Engine;
    Conhecimento de tecnologias e soluções de RV/RM/RA;
    Conhecimento de bases de dados (querying, modifying, inserting) (SQL, NoSQL, etc.);
    Fluente em Inglês (oral e escrito);
    Capacidade de Liderança, organização e responsabilidade.
    Proatividade, dinamismo, e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
    Capacidade de comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal
    Capacidade de negociação com clientes internos, de diferentes áreas da empresa:
    Capacidade de compilar dados para tomada de decisão;
    Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e ética;
    Elevado rigor e fiabilidade;
    Conhecimento e uso de ferramentas do Office 365.
