    Job Description

    The Position

    The Associate Specialist will collaborate with a team of 40 professional StS colleagues in the Center handling end-to-end StS processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver services in line with agreed Service Level, Controls, and Governance.
    • Assist in managing process risk by adhering to policies and internal controls, ensuring SOX controls are executed promptly.
    • Maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
    • Focus on process improvement, implement best practices, and project management discipline.
    • Cooperate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
    • Engage with process owners to identify opportunities for efficiency through continuous improvement.
    • Maintain detailed process documentation in coordination with the StS Global Process Owner.

    Required Education, Experience, and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Up to 1 year of experience in StS processes.
    • Experience working on regional or global teams.
    • Demonstrated strong math, query, analytical, and systems skills with experience in data management and MS Office.
    • Attention to detail, produces accurate deliverables, and meets deadlines consistently.
    • Experience with SAP R/3 required. (Valued: experience with SAP S/4 HANA).

    Required Abilities:

    • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
    • Knowledge of End-to-End processes is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills valued.
