Combining sales tactics with a personalized account management approach, this team assists drivers in navigating the complex market landscape to enhance their experience. By providing a professional and tailored initial interaction with Uber, they aim to boost long-term app usage.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with drivers through outbound calls
- Prioritize multiple driver accounts effectively
- Offer customized coaching and advice to customers
- Achieve key metrics such as Gross bookings, engagement, and cancellation rate
- Gather customer insights regularly
- Proactively engage with a portfolio of drivers to provide personalized coaching for an improved experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in French (native speaker)
- Proactive and hardworking individual dedicated to elevating Uber's support services
- Strong understanding of driver support and keeping updated with industry changes
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Open to feedback and committed to self-improvement

Preferred Qualifications:
