Quality Analyst - Dutch, (she/he), Lisbon

We are recruiting for a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Dutch speaking Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) for their Lisbon office.

What you will be doing:

Continuously follow up on resolved cases to identify improvement and training opportunities
Actively review decision accuracy to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies
Develops process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of the processes and tools
Manage investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root causes
Mentor the team on the use of audit tools and systems
Deliver trainings to the team on new or changing policies as well as refresher trainings on existing policy on an asneeded basis.

Who you are:

Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English
Minimum of 1 year experience within an audit or quality environment performing quality control and quality analysis (in contact center environment)
Experience/Training in Content Moderation
Strong functional experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, charts, statistical functions)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Excellent communication (both oral and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills
Analytical with strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decisionmaking
Strong attention to detail coupled with a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
