A Randstad Recursos Humanos encontra-se de momento a recrutar um Assistente de Costumer Care para empresa financeira no ramo automóvel, para substituição de colaborador ausente, até Fevereiro 2025.
Análise, preparação e organização de documentação inerente ao departamento;
Apoio na linha de atendimento telefónico, prestando o devido esclarecimento aos clientes;
Apresentar propostas de melhoria com base nos incidentes que surjam no serviço com o objetivo de corrigir e melhorar;
Outras tarefas de natureza administrativa.
requisitos/requirements
Licenciatura (preferencial);
Experiência anterior na área da banca (preferencial);
Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
Disponibilidade imediata.

Contrato de trabalho com a Randstad
Horário: 09h-18h, de 2a a 6a feira com 1h30 de almoço
Vencimento Base Mensal: 1100?
Subsidio de Alimentação: 8,32?
Subsidio de Transporte: 25?/mês
Projeto com perspetivas de término em Fevereiro de 2025
Trabalho 100 por cento presencial
