We are now looking for a motivated and experienced
Head of Procurement to lead Procurement efforts at Critical Software.

In this position, the person will play a pivotal role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient items to be purchased for our business.

The Head of Procurement will develop and implement procurement policies and procedures and will also be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers and managing supplier relationships.

The company has a track record of fast growth both organically as well as through startup/spinoff investments and joint ventures in the technology space and therefore offers excellent prospects for professional growth.

We are looking for a professional that can grow with the company and have the ambition to lead at the highest levels at the company and group level.

What do we expect from you?

Strategic sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers
Establish and manage a network of trusted suppliers
Lead negotiations with suppliers and partners
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures
Assess and develop the existing IT tools used in the area
Reviewing, benchmarking, and approving products and services to be purchased
Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports
Overseeing and supervising all purchasing activities of the company related to travel and fleet management
Degree in business management, finance, economics or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in a Procurement and/or finance are role
Energetic, and openminded, learning attitude
Handson attitude, working with small team
Excellent Negotiation and communication skills
Strong leadership skills and ambition to lead at the highest levels
Goaloriented, organized team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools used in purchasing
Excellent English language skills, speaking reading, and writing
Availability for travel between company sites, suppliers, partners, and customers' sites.
