    A Triangle Talent Solutions recruta Procurement and Purchasing Manager (M/F), para trabalhar directamente em empresa cliente, do sector industrial, a Sul de Aveiro.


    Missão:


    Esta posição tem por missão assegurar que as aquisições de bens e serviços a fornecedores externos são geradoras de valor, de acordo com os critérios definidos pela empresa.

    Visa também garantir um adequado relacionamento com os fornecedores, numa ótica de parceria de médio e longo prazo, baseado no respeito mútuo e exigência.


    Responsabilidades Essenciais:
    . Apoiar na definição e implementação da estratégia de compras;
    . Identificar e planear as necessidades de compra;
    . Pesquisar ativamente novos fornecedores;
    . Implementar uma metodologia de seleção e avaliação de fornecedores;
    . Participar ativamente na obtenção de ganhos de eficiência/poupanças através da pesquisa de novas tecnologias e soluções alternativas a incorporar pela empresa;
    . Negociar as condições de fornecimento de bens e serviços;
    . Gerir os processos de contratualização de condições com os diversos fornecedores;
    . Gerir o relacionamento com os fornecedores;
    . Executar as compras de bens e serviços não recorrentes;
    . Controlar e reportar o desempenho dos processos de compra.


    Educação/ Experiência:
    . Formação superior em Engenharia ou similar;
    . Experiência mínima de 3 a 5 anos em funções similares;
    . Experiência prévia na indústria metalomecânica (preferencial).


    Competência Mentais e Comportamentais:
    . Excelente capacidade de negociação e comunicação (tanto oral como escrita);
    . Boa capacidade de organização e gestão de diversos processos em simultâneo;
    . Capacidade de decisão – responsabilidade e consciência para assumir posições;
    . Forte dinamismo e proatividade;
    . Orientação para resultados;
    . Compreensão global do negócio.


    Conhecimentos Informáticos:
    . Bom nível de utilização de OFFICE, sobretudo EXCEL, WORD e POWER POINT;
    . Bom nível de utilização de ERP'S, sobretudo PHC.


    Outras Condições:
    . Disponibilidade para viajar;
    . Preferencialmente residente na região de Aveiro, Águeda, Vagos
