    Job Description

    The Communications & People Experience Trainee at Devoteam is a pivotal member of the People First (HR) team, responsible for executing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility and employer brand. This role involves crafting compelling content for various channels, cultivating the employer brand to retain our talents, overseeing internal communication, and supporting many Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and interpersonal skills, a background in corporate communications or employer branding, and a keen understanding of the tech industry's dynamics.     Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication:
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Plan & execute integrated internal communications or corporate presentations to support our HR, L&D (Learning & Development) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects and initiatives

    • Event Management:

  • Plan and execute events/ internal initiatives, to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

    • People Experience:

  • Collaborate with other business support areas such as Marketing & Talent Acquisition to ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in the development of People Experience activities (onboarding, internal satisfaction surveys, wellbeing & others) to convey current operations and corporate culture.

    • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • Support the company on the operationalization of our CSR strategy in all dimensions (Value, Environment, Ethics and People), specially on those activities that involve communications & events.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Motivation to work with corporate communications, employer branding, people experience or other related initiatives focused on HR, L&D, CSR and Sustainability.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
  • Passion about the tech industry and an understanding of its trends and dynamics.
  • Ability to work with Google Workspace (Google Slides & Google Sheets) & Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
