- Support our IT service desk as acontact person for our customers
- Accept andqualify requests and fault reports in our ticket system
- Analyze our customers' problems together with ourdevelopment department and your team and find the right solutions
- ensure functioning processes and thus alsocustomer satisfaction
- monitor our servermonitoring systems and coordinate the ticket process
- Completed technical training,e.g. as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- initial practical experience in the IT helpdesk, ITservice desk or 3rd level support
