Our
Finance & Administration business line
Business Controller, who will have the following responsibilities:
Carry out the forecast analysis of P&L and Cash Flow and manage the processes (Budget and Forecasts);
Prepare and deploy new business and financial processes, procedures and systems, with a focus on digitization and automation;
Review commercial proposals, as support to Sales & Bid teams;
Ensure contracts financial setup, including tax analysis, contractual setup, cashflow and hedging analysis, invoicing and revenues recognition scheme and analytical accounting;
Manage business line Central Services billing processes;
Monitor contracts portfolio, calculate and validate the backlog;
Monitor projects financials and proceeds with validation of proper implementation of accounting and business standards;
Review and validates BL global P&L, including periodic followup with operational teams;
Conduct pricing, costing, profitability and gap analysis at Business / country / project level;
Monitor headcount evolution and reviews timeallocation;
Monitor projects Provisions & Impairments, calculation and validation;
Produce business management reports on the P&L by country/project;
Conduct internal business reports to the Group Control & Consolidation team;
Support country finance teams regarding auditors inquiries;
Develop new reports to configure in the ERP and reporting tools/dashboards to explore in Power BI;

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
3 years of experience minimum in audit and / or controlling;
Must have indepth knowledge for Excel;
Must have knowledge in Power Point and Word;
Intermediate English level;
